MIXXIT WITH - BASIC TRAINING

A 90 minute introductory training session per category, covering history, essential methods, classic taste profiles, brand information and classic serves.

MIXXIT MASTERCLASS - ADVANCED TRAINING

A two to three hour session per category, covering history, essential methods, drink families, classic styles and flavour matching, brand information, classic serves and twists.

BARTENDER ACADEMY - EXPERT TRAINING

For the expert bartender looking to develop their skills in service and innovation; an intensive two-day course which combines the masterclass for each category with a full history of spirits and cocktails, bar standards, the “Magnificent Seven” drinks families and the “Three Amigos” theory of “cocktail DNA”.
